HI! I’m Nick Gunn

I started Wandering Aengus Ciderworks with my winemaker wife, Mimi in 2004 with an Orchard first philosophy, producing old world cider styles produced in the finest barn West of Salem, Oregon. After launching a national brand in Anthem Cider, I sold my Ownership in the company in 2016 to focus on my true passion for education and consulting.

I am a Past President and founding board member of the Northwest Cider Association as well as the Cider Institute. In addition to consulting, I continue to help teach Cider Institute Coursework and am a frequent cider judge and speaker at local and national events.
